I have spent the last 25 years in senior leadership role in the public, private and not-for profit sectors.
I am also a learning & development expert. I am passionate about helping individuals and organisations have richer conversations using my facilitation and coaching skills.
In addition to decades of experience, I also have an Advanced Facilitation Diploma from Roffey Park and a Coaching qualification from The School of Coaching.
